I have 15 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. I worked in hospitalist medicine for the first 8 years. Since 2019 I have focused on providing telehealth to the adult population and working as primary care provider for seniors in memory care/assisted living communities.

SERVICES - Provides telehealth move in certifications
We provide history and physicals and move in assessment paperwork for residents moving into assisted living.
ONSITE PRIMARY CARE ALF/SLF/IL - In house primary care provider for residents.
TELEHEALTH SICK VISITS - May use as backup to primary care provider, respite patients, or homebound patients.
